German-based tech innovator hivr.ai has launched ‘Mandy’, an AI-powered phone agent for meetings and group sales.
Radisson Hotel Group has already signed commercial agreements to integrate the technology.
Using agentic AI, Mandy integrates with a hotel or venue’s own CRS to handle routine inbound and outbound calls 24/7. The tool can also capture and qualify leads, re-engage prospects and deliver customer support with natural, human-like communication in more than 50 languages.

Mandy instantly turns email inquiries into real-time connections, quickly calling event planners to clarify missing details like budget, guest info, or F&B needs. It then updates the hotel’s system, freeing up time for high-value customer interactions and ensuring no calls are missed.
